We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened grooming tools may not be eligible for return.
